Ferragosto in Secinaro (Starting 15th August each year)

Many visitors, quite a lot from Rome, arrive in Secinaro a few days before the Ferragosto Celebrations on 15th August. There is normally a Bandstand with organised music and events each evening during the week until 12-1.00pm most nights. One thing you will notice is that the evenings are very family oriented and you will see children, babies and the older generation all out together enjoying themselves! Things quieten down towards the middle to end of the following week with people returning home and the village (and parking) returns to normal.
